Each year Parks Associates hosts two executive seminars, both part of the Fall Focus series; produces CONNECTIONS™; and hosts multiple workshops and Webcasts.

You can expect Parks’ events to be very thorough and informative. Our events range from very specialized one-day workshops, for those of you wanting specific information on one topic, to our annual Spring event, CONNECTIONS™ . Our workshops provide attendees with an intense mini-course on topics presented by Parks Associates’ talented and knowledgeable analysts. For our conferences, we seek out experts and top players from a variety of industries to provide attendees with an overview of the light commercial and residential marketplace.

Q:  WHO SHOULD ATTEND OUR EVENTS?

A:  Anyone interested in making money in the home network and residential gateways markets.

As the markets for home networks and residential gateways begin to demonstrate the real potential that has been predicted for a number of years, the companies along the value chain - including content aggregators, service providers, middleware designers, chip manufacturers, and the developers of home management systems and platforms (particularly in the PC and consumer electronics industries) - require the latest insight and direction to these fast-moving markets.

A:  We usually get a full "classroom" of attendees from various markets.

Typically, 20-25 attendees from cross-industry markets attend our one-day interactive workshops.

A:  Enough that you're sure to meet someone new; Not so many that you won't see them again at the event.

Our Fall Seminars typically host 175-200 attendees while our Spring Event, CONNECTIONS™: The Digital Home Conference and Showcase hosts 525-700 attendees.

  CONNECTIONS™ hosted 540 attendees last year.

11.5% of attendees were CEOs/Presidents
51.5% of attendees were CEOs, Presidents, General Managers, Executive Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Directors
8.9% or 48 media were in attendance at the event

The research and analysis provided at our workshops and conferences justifies the expense to attend these events.  Participants receive materials containing all presented information and have time to speak with our industry analysts about the latest developments in the market. Rarely is an attendee unsatisfied with the value of the event.
