Roy Kosuge is the Chief Operating Officer of SONIFI Solutions, a leader in managed video, networking and technology solutions for hospitality, healthcare, and enterprise environments. Earlier in his career, Roy led digital strategy, content licensing, and M&A initiatives at Universal Music Group, and held strategic planning roles at AT&T during the emergence of broadband and streaming technologies.
A seasoned media and technology executive with over 18 years of experience in senior leadership roles, Nic joined Spotter in January 2019 as a senior leader and has been a board member since August 2019. He previously served as Senior Vice President at Penske Media Corporation (PMC), responsible for revenue, operations, publishing, and strategy, helping build the company to a $1 billion valuation before he left in 2013. Prior to joining Spotter, Nic had his own consulting and advisory practice, where he worked with media and technology companies in all different stages of their business and growth. Nic was also previously the CEO and founder of Revee, a real-time data and analytics Saas company that was acquired by Outbrain in 2015. Nic then served as Head of Sales and Innovation at Outbrain, Inc.
Jeff Clanagan is an award-winning producer and innovator in entertainment. He currently serves as resident & Chief Distribution Officer of Hartbeat, Kevin Hart’s global, multi-platform media company creating entertainment where comedy meets culture. Clanagan leads the Hartbeat Media division, which connects with consumers around the world through events, gaming, music publishing, and an expansive distribution network. He oversees the strategic vision and expansion of Hartbeat Media, and leads the company’s flagship consumer brand – the LOL! Network – which reaches audiences across its O&O social media, audio (SiriusXM) and OTT partners (Peacock, Roku, Tubi, PlutoTV, Vizio, Redbox, Xumo, and more). Projects that he recently or is currently producing include The Roast of Tom Brady, Headliners Only, Die Hart, Hart to Heart, Olympic Highlights, So Dumb It’s Criminal, Kevin Hart: Zero F*cks Given, and more. Greg Reitman is an American film director, producer, screenwriter, Executive Producer, national best selling author & founder of the Blue Water Institute and Blue Water Film Festival. Described by Movie Maker Magazine as “one of the top ten filmmakers producing content that impacts our world.” His production banner Blue Water Entertainment, Inc., produces compelling, intentional, and empowering stories in the fiction and non-fiction genres focusing on current issues that impact our daily lives -- from politics, social justice and poverty to religion...and of course, the environment. He has written, produced, directed, & executive produced diverse genres of awardwinning content for audiences around the world, including for theatrical and digital release with Landmark theaters, Lions Gate, Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, Gaia, ZDF, Arte, PBS, amongst others. Charlie Ibarra is the Co-Founder and Head of Content at Creator Television, the first creator-led streaming network and content studio dedicated to bringing the authenticity and energy of social media storytelling to TV. The network launched under Sabio in January 2025. In his role, Charlie oversees content strategy and licensing for the network, and leads creator recruitment, format development, and series production for the studio. A former advertising executive turned television screenwriter and show developer, Charlie joined Sabio Holdings, Creator Television’s parent company, in July 2022. Before launching Creator Television, Charlie studied television storytelling under his mentors: Paul Kolsby, senior TV writer and producer best known for "Ozark" (Netflix), and Izzie Pick-Ibarra, award-winning showrunner behind "Dancing with the Stars," "Rihanna's Savage X Fenty," and "The Masked Singer." He focused on developing fresh, format-driven, story-forward unscripted series for network and streaming platforms, and brought a strong sense of story structure, sharp dialogue, and tonal versatility to comedy and dramedy projects. Charlie’s passion for creative storytelling drives every show he builds at Creator Television and fuels his belief in the transformative power of creator-led TV formats that blend social video energy and traditional television story structure. Charlie began his professional career in advertising at IAC and later Yahoo!, where he developed a deep interest in brand storytelling and gained global market experience, including in EMEA and LATAM. He rose through the ranks in ad tech, holding leadership roles such as Director of Brand Partnerships at JUICE Mobile (Yellow Pages Canada), Senior Director of Sales at Celtra, Inc., and Senior Director of Mobile Partnerships at Flashtalking. He also served as Senior Director of Ad Sales at MocoSpace. A frequent speaker at industry events, Charlie has championed the future of creator-led TV at conferences including StreamTV, OTT.X, and TVOT. He holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from UCLA and completed the university’s Extension Program in Television Writing and Film & TV Development. Charlie grew up in Highland Park, Los Angeles, the son of immigrant Mexican and Colombian parents. As a latchkey kid, he developed an early obsession with television—and an encyclopedic knowledge of it. Matthew Henick is SVP of the Ventura TV operating system for The Trade Desk. Prior, he was the VP of metaverse development at Epic Games, where he worked across Fortnite and Unreal Engine to build the commercial and governance foundations. Before that, Matthew was VP of global content strategy and investment for Meta where he led cross-functional teams including strategy, programming, and marketing to use content as a growth lever for products on Facebook and Instagram. Matthew has always operated at the intersection of media, technology, and entertainment. He was also head of BuzzFeed Studios where he spearheaded development and monetization of IP on traditional and digital platforms. He also co-founded one of the first ringtone companies in the United States while in high school, has previously written for Pop Up Video (he was the Katy Perry expert), and worked for Judd Apatow on movies like Superbad and Step Brothers. A graduate of the Peter Stark Producing Program at University of Southern California and Stanford, Matthew lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two brilliant daughters.
Fiona Li is a media executive and producer with over a decade of experience bridging the entertainment industries of Asia and the United States. She currently serves as Studio Head at COL Media, the U.S. arm of COL Group, one of China’s largest IP holders and leading production studios. At COL, she oversees international strategy and creative development across film, television, and digital content. Her background includes work on global campaigns for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Terminator: Genisys, James Bond: Spectre, and Transformers 4, as well as producing the international thriller Wrong Turn (2021) and contributing to the award-winning short Drone. At COL Media, Fiona is developing a slate of global series inspired by top Asian online literary IPs, partnering with Oscar- and Emmy-winning producers to bring these stories to international audiences. Her focus lies in transforming culturally rooted narratives into commercially accessible projects that resonate across markets. COL Group is also among the early pioneers of mobile-first mini dramas, operating three vertical-drama platforms including its flagship app FlareFlow. Mathias Guille is the Vice President Cloud Platform at Broadpeak. He leads the strategic development of Broadpeak’s cloud platform, including the building of the company’s infrastructure in the cloud and in public datacenters, the design of Broadpeak’s platform on top of the infrastructure and the shaping of the company’s applications to accommodate SaaS offerings. Prior to this and after a few successful years as a Pre-Sales Manager for Broadpeak both in the APAC and EMEA team, Mathias was Americas Pre-Sales Director at Broadpeak. His previous experience, before joining Broadpeak, includes several telecom and network engineering positions at Altice and Nokia. With over 10-years of experience in telecoms and video delivery, and a strong technical background, Mathias has developed a deep understanding of the TV market, allowing him to identify industry trends and offer Broadpeak’s service provider customers out-of-the-box ideas to build customized platforms. Mathias Guille holds a master’s degree in engineering from IMT Nord Europe in France.
Jerome Adams is the Vice President of Digital Platforms and Partnerships at TV One Networks, a division of Urban One, one of the leading Black owned media companies today. At TV One and CLEO TV, Jerome oversees the digital and social strategy for the networks’ linear and CTV businesses. He also leads the FAST/AVOD strategy and digital marketing initiatives to optimize and monetize performance across partner platforms. In addition to managing the networks’ social media, app, and website portfolios. Prior to joining TV One Networks, Jerome held various roles in entertainment and e-commerce marketing where he built billion-dollar franchises and launched television series for top companies including Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, and more.

Daniel Schnider has 25 years of experience in Media & Entertainment with a history of driving successful results through passion, curiosity, creativity, hard-work and dedication. With a career spanning positions in traditional Hollywood, start-ups, streaming and corporate, Schnider has made diversity a centerpiece and growth a mindset. Schnider is currently Head of Business Development & Distribution Partnerships for Revry, the preeminent LGBTQ-focused streaming platform and award-winning ad tech company. Schnider has closed key deals with most of the largest major media players to effect immediate growth and amass industry clout for the company. Recently, he completed his Director of Distribution & Strategic Partnerships position with TelevisaUnivision handling high-level relationships for ViX – the world’s largest Spanish language streaming service. Schnider owned partner management with all App stores, CTV OEM’s and YouTube while managing the entire FAST channel business. He generated 3X growth for all key KPI’s (subs/MAU’s/revenue) with app partnerships and 10X growth for FAST. Schnider was a key member of the team that built and sold ViX to Univision in 2021. At the original incarnation of ViX, he handled acquisitions, ran original productions and steered content partnerships. Prior to ViX, he helped build, launch and sell the start-up streaming service Pongalo. As a film producer, Schnider just released the award-winning documentary Fighting Spirit: A Combat Chaplain’s Journey in theaters nationwide. Previously, Schnider was the development executive on the Oscar nominated, smash hit Straight Outta Compton and spent half a decade partnered with the icon Dr. Dre at Crucial Films. He also Executive Produced the original flagship comedy series Backwash for Sony’s Crackle, featuring countless celebrity performers including: Jon Hamm, Sarah Silverman, John Cho and more. In addition to his decades of experience as a producer and executive in film and television Schnider has also created short form content for theaters and digital platforms. He was the Head of Content for cutting-edge film studio / internet company Blowtorch where he was Executive in Charge of Production for the Luke Wilson film Tenure and oversaw development and production of seven theatrical short films. Schnider also has studio experience having developed films at New Line Cinema for five years and selling numerous TV pitches while partnered with Zoe Saldaña in a first look deal at Lionsgate TV. He got his start in the business at United Talent Agency working with many world-renowned filmmakers such as David O. Russell, Paul Thomas Answerson, Judd Apatow, Ben Stiller, Wes Anderson, Adam McKay, Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu and many more. Schnider sits on the Advisory Board for the long running start-up Voyage Media which is a democratized content incubator for film and TV.
