Before joining the MPA, Bostick was Deputy Director for the Counterfeit Crimes Unit at Amazon. There she oversaw hundreds of civil actions and criminal referrals to worldwide law enforcement against infringers and their networks, and directly supported resulting criminal raids, charges, and trials. She helped lead a global team of 30 people, including attorneys, investigators, and data specialists. Earlier in her career she spent eight years with the criminal division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of New York, where she investigated and prosecuted cases involving securities and complex financial frauds, including a $554 million investment fraud scheme. Bostick previously served as a Fulbright Scholar on international criminal law, spending two years living in Eastern Europe.
Bostick graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law.

Jim spearheads the development and go-to-market of Synamedia’s streaming platform products. His SaaS expertise and insight about how to transform video providers into content destinations is critical in informing Synamedia’s next generation of SaaS solutions for direct to consumer (D2C) players and telcos. Jim joined Synamedia in early 2022 from Amazon Prime Video, where his responsibilities included building out its linear business and attracting viewers. He has also held senior leadership roles at Canoe Ventures and A+E Networks as well as start-ups, including a white label supplier of consumer digital services for over 40 MVPDs.

Ashton joined Parks Associates with over 15 years experience in sales, business development, account management and sponsorship sales within the hotel and sports industries. She is now part of the business development team managing event sponsorships and custom marketing services.
Ashton graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BA in Business Administration and concentration in Marketing. After working for Four Seasons Resorts for nearly 10 years, Ashton spent the next seven years working with PGA TOUR pro golfers and their corporate sponsors/partners before joining Parks Associates.

Kristen Hanich heads Parks Associates' consumer electronics and mobility research, with expertise in other verticals including connected cars, mobile networking, healthcare, wellness, and independent living. She leads a mix of custom and syndicated research projects throughout the year, with a focus on major players and emerging trends. Kristen specializes in bridging the gap between data-driven and narrative approaches to understanding the consumer markets via a mix of qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
Kristen has dual master's degrees in applied anthropology and public health from the Universities of North Texas in Denton and Fort Worth. She earned her BSc in health at the University of Texas at San Antonio and has a graduate certificate in Geographic Information Systems.

Jennifer manages the research department and Parks Associates' process for producing high-quality, relevant, and meaningful research. Jennifer also leads and advises on syndicated and custom research projects across all connected consumer verticals and guides questionnaire development for Parks Associates’ extensive consumer analytics survey program. Jennifer is a certified focus group moderator, with training from the Burke Institute.
Jennifer earned her PhD in religion, politics, and society and an MA in church-state studies from Baylor University. She earned her BA in politics from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.

Jason Paris joined Parks Associates as an analyst studying international telephone, cable, and satellite providers and is now a member of the business development team.
Jason graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in psychology and government. After working for the Texas House of Representatives, Jason spent the previous seven years in New York City working with portable and enterprise healthcare technologies.

Prior to founding Reticle Research, he was executive director and principal analyst at The NPD Group. Prior to NPD, he founded and managed the consumer access and technology service at Jupiter Research (acquired by Forrester Research), where he served as vice president and chief research fellow. He has contributed to and been quoted by leading publications and media outlets hundreds of times. Ross is a graduate of Cornell University.
