Analysts present data on telehealth, energy management, & home networks at Dallas Summit

Parks Associates’ President and Research Directors will participate on Telehealth, Energy Management, and Home Networking panels at the 2011 Broadband Properties Summit this week in at the InterContinental Hotel – Dallas, Addison, Texas.

Harry Wang, Director, Health & Mobile Product Research, Parks Associates, is moderating the session “FTTH Track: Applications for Telehealth and Telemedicine" on Wednesday, April 27, 2:10-3:10 P.M. Telemedicine over high-speed Broadband Properties Summit Logo 2011networks is gaining traction as a commercial and residential service, as consumers and businesses increasingly bear the burdens of decision making, cost sharing and coordinating care in a complex and understaffed health care system.

Bill Ablondi, Director, Home Systems Research, Parks Associates, is presenting during the session "Editor’s Choice Track: Energy Management: The Smart Grid, and Being Smart on the Grid Date" on Wednesday, April 27, 3:20-4:20 P.M.  Electric utilities are building telecom networks and partnering with telecom providers to manage energy use intelligently.
