Arsham Hatambeiki serves as Senior Vice President, Product & Technology at Universal Electronics Inc. (UEI), where he is responsible for technology and product groups across climate control, entertainment, and smart home markets. Hardware and software products including Tide smart climate control family, nevo.ai virtual assistant platform, and QuickSet Cloud™ powering over half a billion smart devices globally. Hatambeiki joined UEI in 2004. As a lead system architect for home connectivity, he designed a suite of high-end home control and automation products for both consumer and CEDIA markets. Wolfgang Kirsch has 25+ years of experience in consumer electronics retailers across Europe. Before heading Shelly Group AD, Wolfgang Kirsch held a senior position at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group until 2018, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. After driving expansion into numerous countries, he was most recently responsible for the development of own brands, the digitalization of the retail business, and the linking of online and offline channels across 14 countries, among other things. After leaving MediaMarktSaturn, Kirsch supported international corporations and medium-sized companies in their digital transformation and the development of direct-to-consumer businesses through his own consulting company, as an external consultant at McKinsey & Company, and on behalf of private equity companies. Jake Alamat serves as Senior Vice President of Home and Life Business at Silicon Labs. Kurt Busch is the chief executive officer of Syntiant Corp. He has extensive experience in product development, having driven the successful launch of new products, ranging from SaaS and semiconductors for telecom and broadcast video to consumer electronics and data center systems. Prior to Syntiant, he was president, chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors at Lantronix (NASDAQ: LTRX). From 2004 to 2008, Nancy Goldberg was with Ascent Media Group LLC where, in her final role as VP, Corporate Development, she had global responsibilities that included integrated digital service offerings, negotiating strategic partnerships and developing market opportunities with the major film studios, production companies and sports franchises. After 18 months as a VP Strategic Business Development for RealNetworks, Inc., Nancy Goldberg worked for Technicolor, Inc. from 2010 to 2015 as SVP Global Strategic Accounts where she was responsible for all sales and marketing activities for her major studio customers and developed business models enabling new technologies and services for content protection, distribution and consumption activities. Richard Plummer, Senior Director (Home Services), AIG

As a co-founder of SkyBell, Desiree plays a crucial role in steering the company’s strategic operations. Celebrating SkyBell’s 10 years in business in June 2023, Desiree has overseen the professional installation of over 2 Million Video Doorbells through the security industry. Mehul Patel is the CEO at Minim, Inc., an AI-driven IoT software solutions developer and creator of hardware products sold under the Motorola brand. An accomplished, highly motivated global business leader, Mehul possesses an exceptional record of building competitive and profitable businesses through strong financial management. His career spans more than 22 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, supply chain and operations, and corporate strategy. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mehul served as CFO of the company, overseeing all financial functions, including accounting, auditing, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. Kevin Po is a group product manager on the Google Nest team. His focus area includes smart home technologies and is Google's product lead for the Matter initiative. He previously held a variety of engineering leadership roles within Nest and Google. Kevin also serves as Google's representative on the Board of Directors for the Connectivity Standards Alliance and is also Google's alternate board representative for the Thread Group.

Razvan Todor is a Product and Business Management Leader with over 15 years of software industry experience. He is currently the Vice President of the B2B2C division at Bitdefender, a global security technology company that serves over 500 million us-ers in over 150 countries with cybersecurity solutions and advanced threat protection services. Since joining the company, Razvan has held several key management positions at Bitdefender, focusing on both business and consumers. For the past five years, he has overseen or been directly involved in the launch of Bitdefender's top-tier B2C and B2B2C products, such as Bitdefender BOX and the Bitdefender IoT Security Plat-form, as well as co-branded solutions such as NETGEAR Armor powered by Bitde-fender. His current mission is to build and expand Bitdefender's technological reach through strategic partnerships with industry leaders in the IoT and smart home cyber-security markets.

Ian Wheelock is an Engineering Fellow in CommScope's Home Network CTO team. He has been part of broadband industry since 1999 and has helped architect and deliver numerous networking platforms and CPE products over that time. His extensive background in development and innovation helps to drive CommScope's newest networking solutions, while also engaging with customers on technology directions, standards and innovations. Ian's recent work areas include new Wi-Fi options, virtualisation and containerisation, DOCSIS, xPON, FWA,and IOT as well as key software aspects of platforms including software stacks (RDK, prplOS, OpenWrt), rap service and network management. Ian also represents CommScope in standards groups such as CableLabs, Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA), Broadband Forum (BBF), SCTE/SCTE-EU and the Wi-Fi Alliance. He is also a member of the prpl Foundation since 2016, and was recently voted on the prpl Foundation Board of Directors. 

John Butrim serves as ADT’s Vice President of Multifamily, Builder and HOA and has more than 15 years of smart home and security experience. In this role, John is responsible for driving the vision, growth, and go-to-market of these three verticals. Over the past 4 years, John has led the transformation of ADT Multifamily from enterprise security solutions to being a fully integrated smart home platform, capped off with the 2022 acquisition of IOTAS. The combination of IOTAS, and other ADT offerings like Solar, and Safe by ADT provides a safe, smart, and sustainable solution for Multifamily owners and operators. John is passionate about advancing ADT’s DEI efforts and is a member of the Black Business Employee Resource Group (BERG). Mitch Karren is a co-founder and an Executive Vice President at SmartRent. Keally comes to solar with the conviction that carbon-neutral is the new black. She started in renewables as the Head of Marketing for the largest solar company in the Northeast before moving into marketing and public policy leadership roles at Sunrun and SunPower. As the National Organizing Director of The Alliance for Solar Choice (TASC), Fortune magazine described the netroots work she pioneered as radically changing political advocacy through digital technology. Prior to joining GAF Energy, she served as Head of Marketing at Mosaic. She has a BA from Brown University. Her favorite roof is the one she used to sit on as a kid, listening to the cicadas, outside her bedroom window in Southwest Ohio.

Chris has spent the last 10 years driving residential product development and strategy for Schneider Electric in North America. Tray Leslie serves as the Manager of Renewable and Resiliency Customer Programs for Georgia Power Company. In this role, Tray leads a team responsible for the development and implementation of all customer renewable programs, distributed energy resources programs, residential and commercial solar analysis and interconnection of customer and company owned distributed energy resource projects.

Adam Weinstein is an Executive Sales Manager at sonnen, where he oversees sales across multiple channels and geographies. His passion for sustainable building practices and emerging technology fuels his success in the workplace where he helps solve complex energy problems and moves a growing base of people toward energy independence. Prior to sonnen, Adam began his career in Information Technology at Lutron Electronics and found his true calling in renewable energy, transitioning into sales with SolarCity/Tesla and ultimately sonnen in 2017. Andrew Vloyanetes has spent the last 20 years in consumer electronics working in both B2C and B2B environments. Currently, he is the General Manager for the Installed Solutions business at Ring, overseeing the go-to-market strategy and execution for the entire Pro Installer business globally, including the custom installer vertical, security vertical, and National Homebuilder vertical. Prior to this role, he spent 10 years at Sonos working across multiple disciplines including sales, marketing, training, and business development. Sujata Neidig has 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and has served in a variety of roles ranging from product engineering to marketing and business development. She is currently Director of Marketing i.MX Processors Software and Customer Programs. She also represents NXP as the Vice President of Marketing of the Thread Group, an industry alliance that provides an IP-based wireless mesh networking protocol designed for homes and buildings. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Yaniv Amir brings over 20 years of experience in the emergency response market. Mr. Amir led a NENA NG911 committee and later founded Essence USA Inc. in 2012. Steve is President and Co-Founder of Aided, Inc., a start-up venture focused on providing comprehensive remote monitoring and concierge services for the Aging-in-Place segment. Aided provides a full suite of 360-degree monitoring for Health/Safety/Security/Comfort, along with a community support network to help families navigate the difficult journey of providing support for aging loved ones. Prior to Aided he spent several years at AT&T and was a founding member of the Internet of Things (IoT) organization and built AT&T's Connected Health group which provided connectivity and integrated solutions to a wide variety of medical and health devices. This resulted in AT&T becoming an industry leader in the Connected Health ecosystem, while establishing AT&T as the market share leader for connectivity in the U.S. Under his leadership, AT&T also launched the AT&T Connected Health Innovations Center on the campus of the Texas Medical Center Innovations Institute, which provided resources and a collaborative environment for business partners to develop and quickly evaluate go-to-market solutions. Steve has also appeared as a keynote speaker and panelist at multiple Connected Health events and also served on several health and industry boards. Prior to his work in IoT, Steve also led business development efforts for new and emerging distribution opportunities for AT&T's MVNO market and AT&T Prepaid products, with the addition of over 50,000 points of distribution with major national retail organizations. Prior to AT&T, Steve was a marketing executive in the restaurant industry, leading marketing communications and field marketing for Hardee's Restaurants and Arby's.

Dan McCaffrey is the Vice President of Digital Health and Software at OMRON Healthcare, Inc., where he leads the digital health organization for the world’s number one blood pressure monitor brand. At OMRON, McCaffrey focuses on growing the business; innovation of the company’s digital health products and services such as the OMRON Connect app; adoption of VitalSight, OMRON’s first remote patient monitoring service. Dr. Charlotte Yeh is the Chief Medical Officer for AARP Services, Inc. In her role, Dr. Yeh works with the independent carriers that make health-related products and services available to AARP members, to identify programs and initiatives that will lead to enhanced care for older adults. Dr. Yeh has more than 30 years of healthcare experience – as a practitioner and Chief of Emergency Medicine at Newton-Wellesley Hospital and Tufts Medical Center, as the Medical Director for the National Heritage Insurance Company, a Medicare Part B claims contractor, and as the Regional Administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in Boston. Dr. Yeh is widely recognized for her commitment to and passion for the healthcare consumer and has received numerous honors and awards for her efforts on behalf of patients. As a health care leader, she has served on numerous boards and committees throughout her career, and currently sits on the Optum Labs Scientific Advisory Board. She is also a member of the Advisory Council for the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communicable Disorders, the Personal Connected Health Alliance Board of Managers and Board of Directors for The Schwartz Center for Compassionate Care. Dr. Yeh received a BA from Northwestern University and her medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School. She completed her internship in General Surgery at the University of Washington and her residency in Emergency Medicine at UCLA.

A 24-year company veteran, Melissa Andresko is Chief Brand Ambassador at Lutron Electronics, the world leader in smart lighting and smart shading control systems for residential and commercial spaces. Alex started his career as a research scientist for NASA, the Naval Research Lab, and Sandia National Lab. Alex has an engineering degree from UCLA, lives in Los Angeles, and likes to ski, bike, and skydive.

Justin McKinney is an experienced business leader, entrepreneur, and innovator. He is currently the co-founder and CEO of Ivani, the technology company leading the Sensing as a Service model in IoT. Jonathan Freeland is the VP/GM, Cox Homelife at Cox Communications in Atlanta. Freeland is responsible for driving the overall subscriber and revenue growth of Cox Homelife which provides residential monitored security and home automation services within Cox's national footprint. Freeland joined Cox Communications in 1995 as a sales representative in Hampton Roads, VA. Kabir Maiga was formerly Technical Lead at Continental Automotive were he and his team developed keyless entry technologies currently deployed in over 120 million cars globally. He started the PassiveBolt project within Continental and later spun off – with Continental as lead investor. He has over 13 years of business and engineering experience. He worked in engineering in the auto industry, in finance on Wall Street, and built technology companies. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University and a Masters Degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

Rafi Zauer is Head of Essence's Marketing, overseeing the company's global positioning and brand, product marketing, market strategy and supporting Essence customers with go to market services. Rafi has 15 years of experience in market and business analysis, defining technology companies' market vision and executing business strategies. Ian Bryant started in the AV/Integration industry in the live sound and stage sector in 1998. He migrated into residential integration in 2001 and then into commercial, government and higher education integration in 2010 with his company ZenArray specializing in consulting, system design, control system programming and DSP configurations. Ian has volunteered through his career as a subject matter expert, has sat on numerous panels and working groups, mostly with CEDIA where he was awarded volunteer of the year in 2011 and 2016.

Tali brings nearly two decades of executive management experience to DSP Group as a strong voice in the semiconductor industry. Mitch’s career has included systems integration management to business strategy and development, but above all he is a 30+ year industry veteran in IoT, consumer electronics, home automation, and the integrator market. In his current role as executive director of the Z-Wave Alliance, he leads a member consortium of global companies supporting the Z-Wave smart home standard.
