According to Parks Associates research, 44% of U.S. broadband households use voice controls on Internet-connected devices and 46% of U.S. millennials with smartphones use voice recognition software, such as Apple’s Siri, Google Now, or Microsoft’s Cortana. “Voice control has emerged as a highly desirable interface,” said Brad Russell, Research Analyst, Parks Associates.
