PlumChoice Appoints David Shimoni as President and Chief Executive Officer

“Parks Associates forecasts that the consumer and SMB technical support services market will grow to nearly $15 billion by 2018. That growth signifies the need for support services before, during and after the purchase to help partners provide better user experiences throughout the customer lifecycle and nurture long-lasting relationships with end users,” said Bob Schechter, PlumChoice’s Chairman of the Board. “Shimoni joins PlumChoice during a time in which the company has been leveraging its leadership position in the premium technical support market to expand into the cloud and IoT sectors. With his background and experience, we expect David to further expand the company’s penetration into these markets.”
