Support.com to Present at 16th Annual Parks Associates CONNECTIONS(TM): The Digital Living Conference and Showcase

Support.com (Nasdaq:SPRT), a provider of technology support services and software for consumers and small business, today announced it will present at the 16th annual Parks Associates CONNECTIONS: The Digital Living Conference and Showcase, co-located with TIA 2012: Inside the Network, June 5-7 at the Gaylord Texan, Dallas, Texas.

Presenting for Support.com is James Morehead, vice president of Product Management and User Experience, who will participate in the panel, "The Evolution of Customer Care: Technical Support and Beyond", on Tuesday, June 5th at 11:15 AM.
