Support.com to Present at Parks Associates' CONNECTIONS(TM) Summit at CES

Support.com, Inc., which enables partners to unlock the potential of technology services, today announced it will present at CONNECTIONS™ Summit at CES, January 8, 2013 in Las Vegas. CONNECTIONS Summit at CES will analyze the impact of new IP platforms on entertainment, advertising, energy, and tech support services.

Presenting for Support.com is James Morehead, Vice President of Product Management and Corporate Marketing, who will participate on the panel, "New Opportunities in Tech Support Services", on Tuesday, January 8th from 2:30-3:45 pm PST.

Mr. Morehead will discuss how leading brands, driven by an increasingly complex technology market, are creating new revenue streams and deepening customer loyalty by offering branded, differentiated and high-margin technology services programs that are integrated with existing customer support.
