Parks Associates Invites Media to Attend 16th Annual CONNECTIONS™: The Digital Living Conference and Showcase This Week

International research firm Parks Associates will host the 16th Annual CONNECTIONS™: The Digital Living Conference & Showcase, June 5-7 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. Media is invited to attend CONNECTIONS™, co-located with TIA 2012: Inside the Network, and meet with analysts, keynotes, speakers, sponsors, and other attendees.

The conference features interactive panel discussions with more than 500 industry executives and analysts. Topics include strategies to monetize digital content, mobile apps & services, value-added services, connected consumer electronics, and home systems. Keynotes include AT&T, Verizon and Best Buy, and IBM is hosting the special session "Industry Convergence and the Smarter Home Cloud."

"Nearly one-third of U.S. broadband households use the Internet to watch video on TV, and consumers worldwide spend over $14 billion on smartphone app downloads," said Stuart Sikes, President, Parks Associates. Parks Associates will also host the Connected Home Pavilion, an area on the TIA exhibit floor where operators, manufacturers, and solutions providers for the digital home, such as Verizon, Dell, Ericsson, and Hitachi, will present demonstrations of their products and services.
