Matthew Henick is SVP of the Ventura TV operating system for The Trade Desk. Prior, he was the VP of metaverse development at Epic Games, where he worked across Fortnite and Unreal Engine to build the commercial and governance foundations. Before that, Matthew was VP of global content strategy and investment for Meta where he led cross-functional teams including strategy, programming, and marketing to use content as a growth lever for products on Facebook and Instagram. Matthew has always operated at the intersection of media, technology, and entertainment. He was also head of BuzzFeed Studios where he spearheaded development and monetization of IP on traditional and digital platforms. He also co-founded one of the first ringtone companies in the United States while in high school, has previously written for Pop Up Video (he was the Katy Perry expert), and worked for Judd Apatow on movies like Superbad and Step Brothers. A graduate of the Peter Stark Producing Program at University of Southern California and Stanford, Matthew lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two brilliant daughters.
Fiona Li is a media executive and producer with over a decade of experience bridging the entertainment industries of Asia and the United States. She currently serves as Studio Head at COL Media, the U.S. arm of COL Group, one of China’s largest IP holders and leading production studios. At COL, she oversees international strategy and creative development across film, television, and digital content. Her background includes work on global campaigns for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Terminator: Genisys, James Bond: Spectre, and Transformers 4, as well as producing the international thriller Wrong Turn (2021) and contributing to the award-winning short Drone. At COL Media, Fiona is developing a slate of global series inspired by top Asian online literary IPs, partnering with Oscar- and Emmy-winning producers to bring these stories to international audiences. Her focus lies in transforming culturally rooted narratives into commercially accessible projects that resonate across markets. COL Group is also among the early pioneers of mobile-first mini dramas, operating three vertical-drama platforms including its flagship app FlareFlow. Fiona’s division collaborates with the Group’s creative teams to explore cross-platform storytelling and emerging digital formats, driving the company’s vision for the next generation of entertainment. Mathias Guille is the Vice President Cloud Platform at Broadpeak. He leads the strategic development of Broadpeak’s cloud platform, including the building of the company’s infrastructure in the cloud and in public datacenters, the design of Broadpeak’s platform on top of the infrastructure and the shaping of the company’s applications to accommodate SaaS offerings. Prior to this and after a few successful years as a Pre-Sales Manager for Broadpeak both in the APAC and EMEA team, Mathias was Americas Pre-Sales Director at Broadpeak. His previous experience, before joining Broadpeak, includes several telecom and network engineering positions at Altice and Nokia. With over 10-years of experience in telecoms and video delivery, and a strong technical background, Mathias has developed a deep understanding of the TV market, allowing him to identify industry trends and offer Broadpeak’s service provider customers out-of-the-box ideas to build customized platforms. Daniel Schnider has 25 years of experience in Media & Entertainment with a history of driving successful results through passion, curiosity, creativity, hard-work and dedication. With a career spanning positions in traditional Hollywood, start-ups, streaming and corporate, Schnider has made diversity a centerpiece and growth a mindset. Schnider is currently Head of Business Development & Distribution Partnerships for Revry, the preeminent LGBTQ-focused streaming platform and award-winning ad tech company. Schnider has closed key deals with most of the largest major media players to effect immediate growth and amass industry clout for the company. Recently, he completed his Director of Distribution & Strategic Partnerships position with TelevisaUnivision handling high-level relationships for ViX – the world’s largest Spanish language streaming service. Schnider owned partner management with all App stores, CTV OEM’s and YouTube while managing the entire FAST channel business. He generated 3X growth for all key KPI’s (subs/MAU’s/revenue) with app partnerships and 10X growth for FAST. Schnider was a key member of the team that built and sold ViX to Univision in 2021. At the original incarnation of ViX, he handled acquisitions, ran original productions and steered content partnerships. Prior to ViX, he helped build, launch and sell the start-up streaming service Pongalo. As a film producer, Schnider just released the award-winning documentary Fighting Spirit: A Combat Chaplain’s Journey in theaters nationwide. Previously, Schnider was the development executive on the Oscar nominated, smash hit Straight Outta Compton and spent half a decade partnered with the icon Dr. Dre at Crucial Films. He also Executive Produced the original flagship comedy series Backwash for Sony’s Crackle, featuring countless celebrity performers including: Jon Hamm, Sarah Silverman, John Cho and more. In addition to his decades of experience as a producer and executive in film and television Schnider has also created short form content for theaters and digital platforms. He was the Head of Content for cutting-edge film studio / internet company Blowtorch where he was Executive in Charge of Production for the Luke Wilson film Tenure and oversaw development and production of seven theatrical short films. Schnider also has studio experience having developed films at New Line Cinema for five years and selling numerous TV pitches while partnered with Zoe Saldaña in a first look deal at Lionsgate TV. He got his start in the business at United Talent Agency working with many world-renowned filmmakers such as David O. Russell, Paul Thomas Answerson, Judd Apatow, Ben Stiller, Wes Anderson, Adam McKay, Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu and many more. Schnider sits on the Advisory Board for the long running start-up Voyage Media which is a democratized content incubator for film and TV.

He is responsible for sales including streaming TV, digital video/display, branded content and Canela Music. As a sales and marketing leader with 20 years of experience across Digital, TV, Radio, Streaming Audio focused on multicultural and the Hispanic market, Matt has continued to be on the cutting edge of media. He has a proven track record for delivering both innovative solutions and results for brands looking to connect authentically through culture with highly sought Hispanic audiences.
Christina leads Social Transformation for Digitas and has been instrumental in bringing innovative social solutions to their iconic roster of clients. Her expertise—and passion—lies at the intersection of social, brand, and culture. Christina has architected proprietary solutions like S.W.A.T. (Share Worthy and Trending) and Creator Incubator, helping brands connect more deeply in a world where social media and creators drive culture and build real relationships across networked platforms. Steven Chang is Head of Integrated Product Marketing at Philo, where he leads product marketing strategy and serves as a key marketing partner to product and business teams. With experience spanning streaming platforms, gaming, and digital media at companies including Roku, Amazon Studios, Yahoo, and Disney, Steven specializes in customer insights, strategic positioning, and product-led growth initiatives that drive engagement and revenue.
Johnny Miles is a distribution and partnerships executive whose career includes roles at BET, TV One, and currently FEVA TV. He built his commercial foundation at BET in Ad Sales before spending ten years at TV One, focusing on linear carriage and expanding CTV and FAST distribution with key partners—most notably Amazon, Roku, and Vizio. At FEVA TV, Johnny oversees U.S. content strategy and sales strategy, packaging culturally driven IP with clear rights windows, performance-focused metadata, and launch plans that generate measurable viewership and revenue across linear, CTV, and FAST.
Karen Babcock is Vice President, Strategy, Partnerships & Supply for Comcast Advertising, a global leader in media, technology, and advertising that fosters powerful connections between brands and their audiences as well as among publishers, distributors, MVPDs, agencies, and other industry players. In her current role, Karen plays a pivotal part in defining the unique value proposition of Comcast Advertising, ensuring it remains competitive and indispensable to clients and the greater marketplace across strategy, partnerships, and supply. She leads several multifaceted teams that seamlessly integrate daily operations with strategic future planning. Under her leadership, the Yield Team connects directly with media sales and operations, managing sales opportunities, pricing, inventory, and analytics. The Supply Strategy & Activation Team identifies industry opportunities and enhances our market presence. Additionally, Karen has led a team of yield and pricing professionals who served both FreeWheel and Effectv’s sales and operations teams with inventory and pricing analytics to drive business results for Comcast and its clients. She has also managed a strategic planning team that creates informed, data-driven media plans for top clients and verticals, supporting more than 50% of the revenue generated by Effectv. Karen’s journey within Comcast started in 2011 when she joined Comcast as Manager, Revenue Operations for the former Comcast Interactive Media, managing digital yield on Comcast’s flagship website, comcast.net. In 2012, she shifted into Effectv and eventually took on an expanded role of evaluating pricing and inventory across all media that Effectv had to offer. Karen then rose to her next role over the next eight years, defining what the future of yield management should look like for a media organization that was going through growth and tremendous change in the industry. Throughout her tenure at Comcast, Karen has been passionate about creating teams that are people focused. For instance, she developed a program for individual contributors to grow their skillsets beyond day-to-day interactions, entitled “The Road to the Influential Business Advisor,” to ensure that at all levels of the organization, yield was an integral part of the business dialogue. She also leads with an “industry first” mentality to rise the tide for all ships as the company responds to the ever-changing landscape of both viewers and advertisers. Prior to Comcast, Karen held multiple financial roles within Johnson & Johnson and graduated from the company’s competitive Financial Leadership Development Program. Karen also participated in Women in Cable Telecommunications’ (WICT) Rising Leader Program and Betsy Magness Leadership Cohort, the Half the Sky Leadership Institute, as well as Comcast’s Women in Leadership program. She is the current executive advisor for InLeadership program, the evolution of Women in Leadership. Jim spearheads the development and go-to-market of Synamedia’s streaming platform products. His SaaS expertise and insight about how to transform video providers into content destinations is critical in informing Synamedia’s next generation of SaaS solutions for direct to consumer (D2C) players and telcos. Jim joined Synamedia in early 2022 from Amazon Prime Video, where his responsibilities included building out its linear business and attracting viewers. He has also held senior leadership roles at Canoe Ventures and A+E Networks as well as start-ups, including a white label supplier of consumer digital services for over 40 MVPDs.

Before joining the MPA, Bostick was Deputy Director for the Counterfeit Crimes Unit at Amazon. There she oversaw hundreds of civil actions and criminal referrals to worldwide law enforcement against infringers and their networks, and directly supported resulting criminal raids, charges, and trials. She helped lead a global team of 30 people, including attorneys, investigators, and data specialists. Earlier in her career she spent eight years with the criminal division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of New York, where she investigated and prosecuted cases involving securities and complex financial frauds, including a $554 million investment fraud scheme. Bostick previously served as a Fulbright Scholar on international criminal law, spending two years living in Eastern Europe. Bostick graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law.
Eric Goldstein is Quickplay’s Vice President of Business Development and Global Partnerships, He is responsible for strategic partnerships across Quickplay’s partner ecosystem, working closely with our technology and cloud partners to innovate and grow our collective business globally. Previously the general manager of SimplePractice Learning, an innovative streaming continuing education service for behavioral health professionals . Eric had spent more than 12 years at The Walt Disney Company, for which he was instrumental in the growth of the company’s digital entertainment and streaming video products and distribution. This included Disney, ESPN, and ABC networks across digital platforms, connected devices, and streaming services. Eric holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from James Madison University.
