Parks Associates analysts will moderate all sessions and present the firm’s new digital health research. The keynote schedule is as follows:

Wednesday, August 31

Thursday, September 1

"With new advances in patient-driven technologies from smartphone apps to secure, easy-to-use wearable devices, healthcare providers are increasingly better able to treat, monitor, and communicate with patients of all ages. Whether in clinical settings, in their homes, or wherever their lives take them, patients can continue to do more of the things that are most important to them while improving their overall quality of care and personal independence,” said Dr. David Rhew, Chief Medical Officer and Head of Healthcare and Fitness at Samsung Electronics America. “I’m really looking forward to addressing the ways we’re working with partners to deploy new, revolutionary technologies and solutions that have proven to boost health outcomes and overall patient satisfaction.”

Connected Health Summit will also include a fireside chat with Kelly Macken-Marble, VP, Amulatory Care, CentraCare Health, at 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, August 31. “Best Strategy for Health Systems to Thrive in Value-based Care Model” will cover a range of topics about managing patient experience in and out of healthcare facilities.

“In this age of consumerism, the ability to engage with patients and the community when, where, and how they want to engage with us is becoming increasingly important and a foundation for population health organizations,” said Kelly Macken-Marble, VP, Amulatory Care, CentraCare Health.
