What are the major challenges that your business must address in 2016? In 2020?

We must continue to impress on regulators to fund demand management programs as alternative solutions to traditional investments in supply and infrastructure.

What are the major barriers impacting consumer adoption of energy related products and services?

The low price of energy and lack of awareness around product offerings. Expanding incentives for REPs to delivery value-added energy management solutions would also be helpful.
