Parks Associates announces U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to speak at second annual Smart Spaces Conference

Parks Associates’ second annual Smart Spaces: Apartments, Hospitality, and Community Living addresses the new challenges property owners and operators face due to shifts in pricing, housing availability, regulatory issues, and new technologies.
